This week we started out weekly appointments. I was checked again and I was 2 cm dilated and 70% effaced. I think all the dancing I did playing Just Dance with Rheagan helped me get to that point. I have been having a lot of cramping the last week and occasionally I will have really hard contractions. I hope when we go for the next appointment I have made a little more progress!
